Meet The Rapid Family
Rapid Orthopedic Supplies strives to conduct business with high ethical and moral standards above all else. Our purpose is to comfort those who are in need of medical care by providing them with our goods and services in the most loving way possible. Our main focus and hope is to reduce their pain, shorten their recovery time, decrease their chance of a life-threatening complication, and improve their quality of life. Our purpose can only be achieved by living out words like trust, responsibility, accountability, integrity, character and respect. Not because it’s required, but because it’s the right thing to do. These are important responsibilities, and we take them seriously.
Vincent and Amy – Founders
Vincent and Amy are long-time residents of Rowlett and have been in the medical field since 1994. Together, they started Rapid Orthopedic Supplies in 2008.
Amy worked as an X-ray tech for 13 years and has extensive knowledge in DME billing. Vince is a Certified Orthotic Fitter and prides himself in taking care of his customers with his gentle approach and caring nature.
Rapid Orthopedic Supplies is a member of the local Rowlett Chamber of Commerce where Amy previously served on the board of directors Executive Committee, as well as the Foundations Board. She has held the position of Secretary and Treasurer throughout her tenure. Amy also sits on the Board of Directors for the Rowlett COAD- Community Organizations Active in Disaster. Both Amy and Vince have also joined the Rowlett VIPS- Volunteers in Police Service, where they volunteer with the Police Department, helping serve the community that they love.
They have been married for 31 years and have 3 beautiful adult children. In their spare time, they enjoy their family time, watching live music, the beach, camping and loving on their animals, Bruno and Mia.
